Until this is done, any “due diligence” is merely a surface-level checklist - not the rigorous analysis that serious investors demand.
Based on our Client Profile, most clients already have the majority of their due diligence framework in place: they have structured their boards, prepared their financials, and aligned their compliance. So why do we still charge a mandate fee?
