May/June 2026: Engaged by IMCI+ Group International, our team, led by Ms. Julianna Suranyi co-managed due diligence for a USD $50m funding project:
· local livestock expertise;
· operational coordination and reporting;
· stakeholder interaction;
· and field-level support in Australia.
Created and managed the:
· business plan,
· feasibility studies (outsourced financials),
· marketing plan and
· ESG
for a medical investment company, plus co-managed DD on a target medical OEM and a medical-specialist factory in China for a USD $120m funding project.
Managed the on-ground market introduction campaign of a high-tech medical device with original IP to the Middle East, GCC and UAE markets and generated an invitation from the UAE Ministry of Health for 29 specialists to meet with our client. This resulted in a formal invitation for the client to undertake the first clinical study for the product in the UAE, plus we created a viable financial model for the client with hospitals that suited regional needs.
Undertook the feasibility study and DD for the establishment of a world-first green abattoir in South-East Queensland including energy flow and output analysis, blockchain application, robotic labour and biofuel commercialization.
Managed the research, market exploration and retail connections for several Australian products into China and the UAE including baby formula, make-up and skin care brands and premium alcohol brands, and introducing these brands to our international networks, online and offline retailers and social media selling platforms.
Managed an investor's request seeking Australian products for China in the make-up and skin care segmentation. The investment company was a substantial Chinese Blogger who was seeking a mid-to-premium brand, to introduce to her sizable audience and to also invest in. Australian targets were found and successfully introduced.
Created, launched and managed football (soccer) camps throughout China for a Spanish-based football academy, coach and player management company. The KPI’s per attendance over 6 locations was 60-80 Players in each age division. However, these KPI’s were exceeded to such a point that we had to cap attendees at 100 per location.
Managed an Australian audio-based product to enter the Chinese market by organising for Chinese Superstar Pushu (simplified Chinese: 朴树; traditional Chinese: 樸樹; pinyin: Pǔ Shù) to endorse the brand, after he had been gifted a set and loved them. Thanks to our relationships, this company was chosen as one of only 10 audio-based companies to be presented to the Chinese media and film and television communities through DJ.com. When they launched on the 11/11 sales, they sold 1.3 million RMB of product in 72 hours, competing alongside brands including Sennheiser, JBL, Sony, Bose, Beats by Dre, Bang & Olufsen and Skullcandy.
